The El Toro Water District (ETWD) again was awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA), for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended 2017.
It is with heavy hearts that the El Toro Water District (ETWD) announces the passing of Board Vice President, William “Bill” Kahn on Friday, June 8, 2018 after a long illness. Kahn served the District as a board member for 17 years and board vice president for the last 4 years.
