It is with heavy hearts that the El Toro Water District (ETWD) announces the passing of Board Vice President, William “Bill” Kahn on Friday, June 8, 2018 after a long illness. Kahn served the District as a board member for 17 years and board vice president for the last 4 years.

The El Toro Water District received the “District of Distinction” accreditation by the Special District Leadership Foundation (SDLF) for its sound fiscal management policies and practices in district operations. This is the sixth time El Toro Water District has received this biannual accreditation.
