The elected Board of Directors (Board) of the El Toro Water District (ETWD), my highly trained staff and I are dedicated to ensuring that our state-of-the-art water, wastewater and recycled water systems are operated and maintained to competitively and reliably serve our customers today and for generations to come.

The mission of ETWD is to “provide its customers with a safe, adequate and reliable supply of water, wastewater and recycled water services in an environmentally and economically responsible way”. We are also committed to operating in an open and transparent way with regards to all administrative, operational and financial matters. Throughout our website we have provided budget, rate, independent audit and public meeting agenda/minute information.
