Recycled Water Expansion Project

El Toro Water District is undertaking a comprehensive, multi-phase Recycled Water Expansion Project that will increase the amount of recycled water produced for local irrigation. By producing more recycled water, the District will save precious imported drinking water (potable) for household consumption and sanitary uses. This project will expand the District’s existing Water Recycling Plant and install a new recycled water distribution system to increase treatment and delivery of recycled water for irrigation in portions of Laguna Woods and Laguna Hills.
